Sending a submission form signifies you have read these rules. Any submission that breaks one or more of these rules will be thrown out. In the case of a simple mistake or oversight, you are welcome to re-submit with the correct information.

01. NO CLIP THEFT. I cannot stress this enough. If you have permission to use someone's clips, you must credit. If we suspect clip theft, we will contact you first. Any confirmed transgression on this count will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

02. You may submit one video per round. Submissions are open to videos of any fandom, television, film, game or original. If your video does not win an award, you may submit it again after one round has passed between submissions. If you have any doubts about your fandom, don't hestitate to ask.

03. Videos must be your own. Do not submit someone else's video, or on behalf of someone else. You may not submit a second video if you worked on a joint video that has already been submitted.

04. We've been around the bend a few times with file size. I don't want to impose a limit, nor do I want to get stuck waiting an hour for a vid to download. So let's give this a whirl: Everyone must still include their file size on the submission form where prompted, but the limit is now 60 mbs. If your video is larger than 60 mbs, and you have no smaller version to submit, you must email me and explain the situation.

05. Language, violence, mature themes/situations, etc, are all fine. If your video is excessive, please include a warning in your description.

06. Acceptable formats: WMV, AVI, RM, MPEG, Divx, Quicktime. Zipped and RAR files are fine. If you have a question about your format, please ask.

07. On the submission form do not give a direct link to you video file. Please submit the page on which your video can be found.

08. *NEW* If you do not have your own server space, most free-hosting services are fine, except YouSendIt or SendSpace, which expire too quickly and will not be excepted. Please be sure your link is working before you submit, and the file service is download-capable. Streaming sites such as YouTube and Putfile are not accepted. We want to be able to download your video.

09. On the submission form, please be sure to include your video's fandom, and any other pertinent information: if it's AR/AU, episodic, seasonal, etc.

10. If you have a site, please include one of our link back buttons. Spread the love, people. Spread the love.

11. Where the form asks you, "What's the difference?." reply, "The letter 'u'."

12. Enjoy yourself. Spread the word of your own work, discover new artists and again...have fun!
